Touch screen doesn’t work as desired. The device registers “Start” taps even when Start is not clicked.

install a fesh custom rom of window smobile 6.1 on it like i have and everything is perfectly fine and ive made it work exactly like new htc phones and also a new ui for it lol
ive had 3 of these phones (as i got them for free) and they’ve all done this. it gets worse aswell.. ive lost the ability to see the screen on 2 of them and the others screen has flipped upside down.. i had to get pocket controller just so i could see the screen (on my pc). id suggest everyone selling them before anything worse happens so u can claim back some of the money you wasted on these! EBAY IT UP!

hey im having problems with my JASJAM anyone please help, if you apply pressure on the bottom and right hand side of the silver trim the PHONES SCREEN GOES ALL MULTI COLOURED the image is still clear but it looks as if when touched quite hard in these spots someone is inverting the colours?
PLEASE HELP OR ANY IDEAS? IMATE IS OVER 1 YR OLD

( by the way did you drop your jasjam on the floor? coz the machanism regarding menu button might be activating from the inside . and does this happen when the sliding keypad is closed too?)

same happened to mine as well, it’s a problem with the start button on the keyboard. also took ages to get repaired.
I sent JasJam back to imate and got it repaired. The whole process took like 3 months!!!
